Welcome
My friends, here I will tell you about the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. I will share my thoughts, interesting cases from life, and the experience that I got when I moved to Mahmutlar (Alanya, Turkey). I hope my experience will help my subscribers with everyday issues that arise for those who have just arrived in Turkey and/or are just planning to come here.

My story
I am a citizen of Kazakhstan, and speak Kazakh, Russian and Turkish. In November 2019, I moved to Turkey and currently live here. Even before, I received a huge experience in various fields (education, programming, economics, finance, manufacturing, and agriculture).
I managed to work in various fields because of my character trait, that makes me stay active all the time. I am an active user of social networks, links are in the header and footer of the site. There you can get acquainted with the experience of my work in detail (if anyone is interested).
I came to Turkey without knowing anything about this country. I immediately bought an apartment, moved my family, and only then began to study the life and legislation of Turkey. It was not easy, with mistakes, ups, and downs.
At first, like most "yabanjis", I tried to work in a real estate company. In exchange for a Kazakhstan driver's license, I received a Turkish one. I bought a car here, then sold it and bought another one. I opened my own construction company, which is now engaged in any type of construction work, including the sale of building materials, decoration, and renovation. We work under contract with builders. We set up glass balcony systems, and we make custom-made furniture.
Now I have understood most of the legal issues that foreigners face in Turkey.
Based on the experience and knowledge gained, we run a family business in various fields. So today we provide services such as:
- obtaining a residence permit for foreign citizens;
- opening a legal entity in Turkey;
- the purchase and sale of real estate (there is a license of a realtor);
- legal advice on various issues based on Turkish law and personal experience;
- the purchase of machinery, equipment, and various goods in Turkey;
- teaching Turkish and English;
- trading on Amazon (not very successful so far);
- and even bake cakes.
Everything my family does brings pleasure and joy to all participants in the process. Everyone gets their own experience and a charge of vivacity. My family members speak foreign languages better than I do, which allows us to increase the scope of our activities.
Based on this, we decided to structure our knowledge and post it here. I hope this will be useful for our readers and will allow us to expand the range of our activities.
